The Noida Eco-Luxury Farmhouse Project is designed to be a weekend home for the client, capable of hosting small family gatherings in a luxurious yet self-sustainable setting. This project was tasked with complying with strict regional bylaws prohibiting the use of traditional brickwork and RCC in the building structure. In addition, due to the lack of public utilities, the site has no access to electricity, water, or waste lines. These conditions not only promote sustainable and self-sufficient design but make it absolutely necessary.
